Everything in Live & CMS, plus ongoing search work every month: on-page and technical SEO tuning, keyword tracking, one SEO blog article written and published, AI-search optimisation (so ChatGPT, Gemini and Google's AI can recommend you), Google Search Console monitoring, and a short monthly report. SEO isn't a one-time setup - it's regular updates and optimisations that compound over time, which is exactly what this tier is for.

The CRM is your customer database - every inquiry, repeat customer and lead source tracked in one place, so you can see where business comes from and follow up. It's included from the Marketing (CRM) plan at $69/month, and in Extensive marketing above it. We set it up and manage it for you.

Totally fine. The one-time build fee buys the site and the domain - both yours forever, with the self-serve CMS so you can edit text, photos, and prices anytime. Your first year of hosting is included at no extra cost.

After year one, two paths: keep hosting with us for $9/month (hosting only, CMS access, no other services) - or we migrate the site to your own free Vercel account on a 30-minute call. You own everything end-to-end.

If at some point you do need help beyond what the CMS handles (a new page, a new feature, a content sprint), you can request it ad-hoc: $75/hour for development, or quoted as a small project.

Fair question. Three things to know:

1. Your domain is registered in your name. Not ours. Whatever happens to Pulpería, your domain stays yours and points wherever you want.

2. Your code is yours. The full site source lives in a GitHub repo we transfer to you on request - at any time, even pre-emptively. Standard Next.js or HTML/CSS. Any front-end developer in Costa Rica (or anywhere) can pick it up.

3. We keep an emergency-exit doc on file. "If you need to move your site somewhere else, here are the 4 things to do." Plain English. So you're never trapped.

We say this out loud because most agencies don't. The site is yours. Always.

Two different things, and the distinction matters.

The CMS lets you edit text, photos, prices, and content yourself - anytime, at no extra cost. It's built into every site. Swap a hero image, update your nightly rate, add a new paragraph, fix a typo. No waiting on us.

A dev request is for the things the CMS can't do: adding a whole new page, building a new feature, integrating with a new tool, restructuring a section, designing something custom. You submit via WhatsApp or the request link, we quote if it's outside your monthly allowance ($150-$400 typical), you approve, we ship in 3-5 business days.

3-5 business days from when you submit. Urgent? Tell us - we usually find a way. We're based in Sámara, not on the other side of the world.

No. Use them or lose them each month. This keeps the price predictable for both of us. If you don't need dev work, choose Online - the CMS handles your day-to-day edits anyway.

Short answer: you do, directly. With Extra builds we connect your site to Stripe, PayPal, and/or SINPE Móvil via OAuth. You create your own merchant account on each platform, you are the merchant of record, money flows from guest to your bank account.

We never touch the money. We are the technical integrator, not a payment processor. Same legal model as Shopify or Squarespace - no per-booking commission to us, ever.

Stripe directly supports merchants in the US, EU, UK, Canada, Mexico, Australia, and many others - but not Costa Rica directly. If your business is registered in a Stripe-supported country, we set up Stripe Connect for you. If your business is Costa Rica-only, two paths:

Path A - PayPal + SINPE. PayPal Business works in CR, takes cards from international guests, and we add SINPE Móvil QR for Tico guests paying locally. Slightly worse UX than on-page card forms but fully functional. No incorporation needed.

Path B - US LLC for Stripe. Incorporate a US LLC via Stripe Atlas (~$500 one-time, ~$100/year). Unlocks the full Stripe experience: on-page card forms, automatic deposits, lowest fees. We can recommend the right service for this.

We can get you started, not run it for you. Our $399 Social Launch Kit is a one-time onboarding that gets your Instagram + Facebook running with a real foundation. Here's what's actually in it:

• Account setup - we audit or set up your IG + FB business accounts and connect them to Buffer (a scheduling tool that auto-publishes your posts at the times we set - so you don't have to post anything manually).
• Brand voice doc - a short written guide covering how your brand sounds, what topics you post about, what to avoid. This is what everything else is built from.
• 20 reusable caption templates - structured frames for the post types you'll need going forward (sunset shot, new feature, guest quote, behind-the-scenes, etc.), each with a working example and a hashtag set.
• 30 days of posts written and scheduled for you - we write 8-12 captions in your brand voice, select photos from your existing library, research hashtags, and load everything into Buffer ready to publish on the right schedule. From day one your feed is moving without you lifting a finger.

After day 30 you run it. We don't do ongoing monthly social management, and we don't reply to comments or DMs - running socials right needs real-time brand judgment, which is a different business than ours. If you want hands-off monthly social, we'll point you to a focused agency.

Pair the launch kit with the drone shoot ($249) and you've got a content engine that can run for 3-6 months on one investment.

Anytime. No contract. We finish out the period you've already paid, then we transfer the site files to your hosting and we're done. The site is yours. We're not holding it hostage.
